The "By managers and customers" report shows how much each manager earned and which customers they worked with during the selected period. It is a tool for evaluating staff and analysing your customer mix.
Where to open
In the CRM side menu, expand "Reports" and select "By managers". The report opens with the same filter form as the materials report, plus an extra manager field.
Filters
- "From" and "To" — report period.
- "Manager" — employee dropdown. An empty value means all managers at once.
- "Currency" — currency used for totals.
- "Payment status" — filter by order payment status (if configured).
Changing any filter recalculates the report automatically.
"Managers" table
List of managers with sales during the period. Columns: "ID", "Name", "Amount" — manager's revenue.
The arrow on the right expands the manager's customer block. The arrow next to a customer — the list of their orders for the period. The arrow next to an order — the breakdown: materials and services with quantity and price. The result is a tree: manager → customer → order → contents.
How to analyse
- Compare revenue across managers — who brought more for the same period.
- Open the customers of a specific manager to see whether they earn from large or small orders.
- Expand an order to inspect what was actually sold: materials, services, shares.
Total for the period
At the bottom of the page — total revenue across the selected managers for the period. With one manager selected it's their revenue; with all selected it's the factory's revenue.
If "The manager is incorrectly defined." appears
This pop-up notification appears when your CRM user has no manager assigned. Without an assigned manager the report cannot be built. Contact the factory administrator — they will assign a manager to your account in the user settings, after which the report will open without errors.
What matters for the factory admin
- Only active orders enter the report — drafts and cancelled ones are excluded.
- If a manager is missing from the list, they have no orders in the period.
- For bonus calculation it's more convenient to pair this report with the salary module: one counts revenue, the other — payouts.
