From the order card you can print ready part cards or a detailed report in one tap. Useful for the foreman at the machine, the warehouse keeper at packing, and the client at issue. All print variants are PDF or ready HTML pages — they open in a new tab and are immediately suitable for the printer.
Part cards: 1, 4 or 8 per sheet
What for
Each card is compact information about one part: name, dimensions, schema, barcode. The foreman hands cards to workers, or they are stuck to the parts as individual labels.
How to print
- Open the order card.
- Find the "Print cards" button and pick how many per sheet: 1, 4 or 8.
- A new tab opens with the ready PDF (or HTML, depending on the firm's setup). Send it to the printer.
Which variant to pick
- 1 per sheet — large parts with a detailed schema, so the worker can see well from a distance.
- 4 per sheet — the compromise between convenience and paper saving. Used most often.
- 8 per sheet — for small parts or simply as individual labels.
Detailed report
What for
A full description of all order parts: dimensions, material, services, raw material costs, total area, prices. Used as a shipment accompanying document or as an internal work-done record.
How to print
From the order menu tap "Detailed report" — a ready page for A4 printing opens. All figures and calculations are accurate at the moment of opening.
SVG drawing of one part
What for
A vector image of one selected part only (top view): contour, holes, grooves. Useful when you need to show the client how the part will look or attach the drawing to a contract.
How to open
First open a specific part (not the whole order — one part, via its QR or via a direct link to it). Then in the menu — the "Drawing" link or the image icon.
What is special about the SVG
- No side views or dimensions — only the top view, pure contour.
- Edges are drawn with a CSS border (in the browser) or in the SVG itself (when opening the file).
- The file can be saved and sent to the client: SVG opens in any modern browser.
Caching and performance
Drawings are served with one-hour cache — reopening within this time is instantaneous. Cards and the detailed report are generated on the fly with every request — the data is always up to date.
If the print page does not open
- The browser blocked the popup — allow it for the portal.
- The order has no parts suitable for printing (for example, a pure service order without cutting).
- The external render service is temporarily unavailable — retry in a minute.
Where to print again if the print was not saved
Just open the same buttons again — there is no "print history", every request generates a new file from the current order data.
