#322

The part card is the central screen of a worker at the machine. The employee lands on it after scanning a QR code straight from the machine or from a printed nesting form. From the card all key actions on the part are available: mark a completed service, flag the order as problematic, change status, generate the CNC cutting program, print cards or the drawing.

How to open

Three ways:

  • Scan the QR from the machine — the sticker with the QR code of the specific part is usually physically attached to the cut part or placed on the printed form.
  • Scan the QR from the nesting form — the form has QR codes both for each finished part and for returnable offcuts. The part opens in the portal at once.
  • Open a direct link — if the link to the card is already known (for example, the manager sent it in a chat).

Viewing modes

The same order can be opened in several "slices" — each has its own set of blocks on the page:

  • Full view — all order information: services, problems, pallets. Used most often.
  • Part list — a compact list of parts without auxiliary blocks.
  • Small mode — even more compact, for small screens.
  • CNC operations only — what to cut, which grooves and holes. Handy at the machine.
  • Pallet mode — focused on the warehouse packing of the order.
  • Raw-material invoice — the materials section.

Which mode opens depends on which QR was scanned or which link was sent. Most workers always work with the full view.

What is on the screen

  • Firm name and order code in the header.
  • Part information — name, dimensions, material, quantity, computed area.
  • Service list for this part (when one part is open) or for all order parts (when the whole order is open). Each service has a "done" checkbox, see "Part services".
  • Problems block — if the order or specific part is already flagged as problematic, the reasons and who flagged it are visible.
  • Order menu — links to adjacent sections: pallets, raw material invoice, cutting program.
  • Print buttons — 1/4/8 cards per sheet, a detailed report, the SVG drawing.

Who can do what

  • Any authenticated user — open and view the card.
  • An employee via the personal QR code — mark completed services (only those for which they have rights by service type), flag the order as problematic, change order status.
  • A regular user — view all data, no status changes.

Worker authentication

If you are an employee but have not signed in yet with the personal QR code, the page has a separate scan field — scan your code and the required buttons appear. More details in "Signing in to the portal with the personal QR code".

What is reachable from the card

If the card does not open

  • "Page not found" — the order was deleted or the QR code is corrupted. Open the order in the main iFurn.pro CRM.
  • An empty screen after loading — usually a temporary glitch when fetching the full details. Reload the page.
