Once an order is confirmed for production, the system already knows in advance what material remnants are theoretically expected after cutting — that's a planned remnant. The section shows how much material area is planned and how much has actually arrived at the warehouse (as a percentage).
This is a forecast, not a fact — actual remnants appear in the "Remnants" section once they are really received. You can add a comment to each planned record. Only a record not linked to an order can be deleted.
