Plans and rates make up the reference book the payroll uses. The plan sets the number of operations per shift (norm, below norm, above norm); the rate sets the price per operation in each of these three brackets.
The section is available through the "Salary" dropdown menu in the top CRM panel.
Default plan
The "Default plan" section contains cards of service types. For each one you set three numbers per shift: "below norm", "norm", "above norm". These values are used as starting points when a plan for a new shift is created — they can be adjusted manually afterwards.
Service rates
The "Rates" section lists every service with its unit price. For each service you set three prices: "price below norm", "price norm", "price above norm", plus the settlement currency. The system uses these prices to credit the worker when readiness is marked.
How to add or change
- Open the card of the service you need.
- Click "Add rate" or "Edit".
- Fill in the three prices and choose the currency.
- Save — the new rate takes effect from the next readiness mark.
Existing marks are not recalculated — payment is always fixed at the rate that was in force at the moment of marking.
Calculation logic
When a worker closes an operation, the system looks at the shift plan and the current counter: the first N operations are paid at "below norm", the next M at "norm", anything beyond that at "above norm". This motivates the team to meet and exceed the plan.
Searching the rates
There is a search box at the top of the section. Type the service name or its ID — the list filters as you type.
What matters for the factory admin
Rates directly drive the payroll fund. Check that the rate currency matches the payout currency at the factory. Align the default plan with the real productivity of the equipment — a plan that is too low devalues the "above norm" price, a plan that is too high kills motivation. Review rates whenever material prices change or services get more complex.
