Print forms and order cards have strict control over the visibility of commercial data — this covers viewing via a direct link without signing in, as well as separation between different firms on the platform.
Viewing via a link without signing in
The order form link from a notification can be opened without authorization — convenient for the workshop and logistics, since there is no need to set up a separate login for an installer or a courier. But an anonymous visitor using such a link sees only production information:
- name, phone, e-mail, delivery method and address are hidden;
- the names and quantities of materials, edges and services are masked;
- prices and totals are forcibly hidden.
Separation between firms
Full data, including prices, is visible only to a user signed in under the firm that owns the order. An employee signed in under a different firm on the same platform gets a clear explanation instead of someone else's order card — access to other firms' orders is fully blocked, not just masked. Order comments can also be edited only for orders belonging to one's own firm.
Result
Order links can be freely shared with contractors — installers, couriers, partners. Commercial information remains reliably hidden from prying eyes, and data belonging to different firms on the platform never overlaps.
