Once the wholesale connection is confirmed, the supplier's catalogue becomes available in the "Materials / goods" section. It holds the product list, units and two prices: base (shared with everyone) and partner (for a specific partner). Each "wholesaler – partner" pair has its own terms.
The section is available through the "Wholesale company" dropdown menu in the top CRM panel.
How to open the partner's catalogue
- Go to the "Wholesale firms" section.
- Find the firm in the list and open its card.
- Follow the "Materials / goods" link — a table with the firm's products opens.
What the product table contains
- Product name — as named by the supplier.
- Unit — pcs, m², kg, etc.
- Base price — the supplier's common price, visible to all connected partners.
- Partner price — individual price for a specific partner. If set, it is used in orders.
- Retail price — the price at which the partner will sell the product to their own client.
Setting the partner price
- Find the product row in the table.
- Open the "Partner price" modal using the setup button.
- Enter the price and save.
- The price applies to all future orders of this partner; past orders keep the price valid at the moment they were created.
Product exceptions
The catalogue lets you set exceptions — a list of products that are hidden from a partner (for example, temporarily not for sale). Exceptions are managed from the same product card.
What's important for the factory admin
- The base price is visible to all partners — changing it affects everyone without a partner price.
- Partner prices take priority over base prices.
- Price changes apply only to future orders — old orders are not recalculated.
- A product has a single unit across the whole CRM; do not mix "m²" and "linear m" when adding it.
