You can return to a project you've created before at any time — it doesn't get lost. There are two ways to open an existing project.

From the orders list in your account

This is the main way.

  1. Open the "Orders" section in your account.
  2. Find the project in the list (you can filter by name, code, ID, status or date).
  3. Click the project card — the editor opens with the data you entered before.

Orders from all your projects are kept in your account — even completed and shipped ones remain available for viewing.

Via a direct link from the factory

A manager at the factory can send you a link to a specific project — usually via messenger, email, or the factory's CRM. When you open such a link:

  • If you're already signed in — the project opens directly in the editor.
  • If you're not signed in — the system will ask for login. After authorization, you'll be taken to the project automatically.

These links are useful when the manager has already started preparing a project to your requirements: all that's left for you is to log in, review the contents, and approve.

Via a QR code

A QR code on printed order documents opens only a printed or interactive form of the order or its parts — a view-and-print version, not access to the project. You cannot log in or open the project for viewing or editing via a QR code. To work with the project, use the order list or a direct link (see above).

If the link doesn't open

  • "Project not found" — the link is outdated or the project was deleted. Contact your manager at the factory, or log in to your account and try to find the project in the orders list.
  • "No access" — the project belongs to a different customer. If your manager sent the link by mistake — clarify with them.
  • The wrong account opened — there is a factory switcher in the header. Choose the one that holds the project.
