An order in 3D can be shown to someone who has no access to the system: the customer, the fitter, a colleague. There is a separate page of the order for that — it opens by a link or a QR code, with no sign-in.

Getting the link

The order has an Order QR code menu item. It opens a window that shows the order code, the QR code itself, the text of the link and a Copy link button. A click on the QR code copies the link too. The link leads to exactly one order and never expires.

How many times it was opened

The same window shows, under the link, the number of views and the time of the last one. Every opening is recorded together with the time and the address it came from; the records are kept for a limited period and then erased by themselves.

What the person on the link sees

They see the model of the order the same way you do: products, parts, the explode, the assembly instructions, drawings, labels and cutting maps. The page has a language switch, so the recipient reads the captions in their own language.

What they do not see: prices — neither per part, nor for services, nor the total; your customer’s data; the internal fields of the order. The order name is replaced by its code, and the customer name does not even reach the part label.

The brand and the contacts on the public page are the brand of the furniture maker whose order is open: name, logo, phone and website when they are set. Whoever got the link sees your firm, not the platform.

Limits and errors

  • The page is closed to search engines: it will not appear in results, and it can only be found through your link.
  • There is a rate limit per address. Opening the page too often brings the message about too many requests, asking you to wait a minute and refresh — that is protection against bulk harvesting, not a fault.
  • A code that does not exist, or an order without parts, will not open: the page says the order was not found or has no parts yet — with no detail about what exactly is wrong.
