The "Orders to partner" section lists your own orders placed with a wholesale partner firm from which you buy goods and materials. Here you act as the buyer: you create the order, agree on its contents and track the status all the way to receipt. Open it from the top menu: "Wholesale company" → "Orders to partner".

What the list shows

The table contains your supplier orders with basic columns: id, name, status, supplier firm and date. Each row expands — inside you see order items with quantity, price and change history.

Filters and search

Above the table there is a filter form:

  • "Order ID/code/name" — search by number or name.
  • "Item ID/name" — find orders that contain a specific item.
  • "Firm" — list of your connected wholesale suppliers.
  • "Status" — order stage.
  • "Date from" and "Date to" — creation-date range.

The "Filter" button applies the conditions; pagination is loaded automatically.

How to create an order for a partner

  1. Click "Create order for partner" in the top-right corner of the page.
  2. Pick the wholesale partner firm from your connected list.
  3. Add items from the partner's catalogue — prices are pulled in automatically.
  4. Save the order — it goes into the list with the initial-stage status.

What you can do with an order row

  • Edit — while the status allows it (early stage, before the partner confirms).
  • Delete — also limited by status.
  • Change history — every item in the expanded row shows the full edit history.
  • Item blank — a printable form with the composition.

Difference from "My orders"

In "Orders to partner" you are the buyer: you create orders and send them to the partner. In the "My orders" section it is the opposite — that one lists orders that your customers placed with your firm as a supplier. These are two counter-directions of the same wholesale channel.

What's important for the factory admin

  • The section is available once at least one wholesale partner firm is connected (see "Connection request").
  • Prices in items are fixed at the moment the order is created — later changes in the partner's catalogue do not affect an existing order.
  • The status model matches the "Needs" section: "Created", "Sent/accepted", "In progress", "Received".
  • After the "Received" status the receipt can be posted to warehouse stock.
