Any order in the "confirmed" status can be extended with additional positions from the factory catalog — installation, delivery, lifting to a floor, non-standard processing and other paid services.
How to add a service
- Open the order card.
- In the "Additional services" block press "Add service".
- In the modal window pick a service from the dropdown — only those not yet added are shown. Format: name (price/currency).
- The quantity is computed automatically — by number of parts or order volume — or entered manually if the service allows manual entry.
- Press "Send".
Automatic quantity calculation
- By number of parts — quantity = sum of parts across all products. The field is locked, cannot be changed.
- By order volume — quantity = total volume of parts (X×Y×Z) in cubic meters. The field is locked.
- Manual entry — the manager enters the quantity. Suitable for fixed services: "delivery = 1", "lifting = number of floors".
Removing a service
In the table of added services there's a delete icon on every row. Deletion is available only when the order is in "confirmed" status (2).
What's important to the factory admin
- The catalog of additional services is configured in the factory settings section. For each service one assigns a calculation type (by parts, by volume, manual), price and currency.
- Adding and removing work only when the status is "confirmed" — after moving to production the block becomes read-only.
- The order total recalculates automatically when a service is added or removed.
