The "My Orders" section lists orders that your customers have placed with your company as a wholesale supplier. Here you act as the seller: you see the incoming flow, negotiate the contents and ship the goods. Open it from the top menu: "Wholesale Company" → "My Orders".
What is shown in the list
The table holds orders received from your wholesale customers. Columns: id, name, status, "Buyer" (customer company), date. Expanding a row reveals the order items with quantity, price and change history.
Filters and search
Above the table there is a filter form: search by order ID or name, by goods ID or name, by buyer company, by status, and by date range. The status filter "Sent/Accepted" is active by default — so you first see the orders that need a reaction. The "Filter" button applies the conditions.
What you can do with an order row
- Accept for processing — move the order into the production plan.
- Create a counter buyer order — the expanded row offers a button that creates a regular retail order on your side, on behalf of this buyer, based on the wholesale request items. This is useful when the wholesale request contains finished products that you manufacture for the customer.
- Return to buyer — if the contents need adjustment, the order can be sent back to the customer for rework.
- Change history — a full log of edits for each item.
There is no "Create order" button in this section — orders are created on the buyer's side; here you only have the incoming ones.
How it differs from "Orders to Partner"
In "My Orders" you are the supplier: you receive requests from your wholesale customers and process them. In "Orders to Partner", on the contrary, you store the orders that you yourself placed with other wholesale partners as a buyer. These are two opposite directions of the same wholesale channel.
What the factory admin should know
- The section becomes active after your company connects as a supplier to a wholesale buyer (see "Connection request").
- The "Buyer" column shows the customer company that placed the request, not the end physical customer.
- Prices are fixed at the moment the buyer places the order; your later catalog edits do not affect an already accepted order.
- Once an order is accepted, the items can be sent straight into the production cycle or picked from stock.
