"My product stock" is a wholesale module section where you, as a wholesaler, keep your own stock records and set retail prices. The section serves two purposes: (1) show partners how much product is in stock and at what price they can order it, (2) maintain an internal retail price for your own sales. Access: CRM menu → "Wholesale" → "My product stock".

The section is available through the "Wholesale company" dropdown menu in the top CRM panel.

What you see on the page

The page mirrors the material catalogue: filter on the left, product list with pagination in the centre. Up to 30 items per page. Each product shows the name, SKU, image and a block with current stock and price.

  • Product list — every product in your catalogue for which you can set stock and price.
  • Filter — search by name, SKU, material type. Helps to find a specific item in a large catalogue.
  • Pagination — 30 products per page, switches at the top and bottom of the list.

How to put a product on sale

For a product to become available to partners at a wholesale price, you need to register its stock. Click "Add to sale" next to the chosen item — a modal form opens.

  1. "Retail stock" — quantity available for retail sale.
  2. "Wholesale stock" — quantity available to partners at the wholesale price.
  3. "Recommended retail price" — a reference for partners: this is the price they may resell at to the end customer. By default, the price from the material card is used.
  4. "Minimum order quantity" — the smallest batch a partner may order in a single order.
  5. "Currency" — the currency of the stock and price. Selected from the CRM currency list.
  6. "Default delivery time" — the standard shipping time in days that a partner will see when placing an order.

Click "Submit" and the item appears in the list with a filled stock block. From now on, partners see the product in the supplier's catalogue with the specified price and delivery time.

How to set an individual retail price

The base recommended retail price is the same for everyone. If a specific partner needs a different price (a discount, a special offer, contract terms), set it separately — via the retail-price button next to the product. The form asks for the partner (from your list of connections) and the price value. When ordering, that partner will see their own price instead of the general one.

The list of individual prices per product is stored in the system and loaded together with the stock list, so you can always see who has which price set.

How to use the filter

The filter works on material types and catalogue parameters. The most useful scenarios:

  • Find every product of one material type — for example, only chipboard or only fittings.
  • Find a specific product by part of the name or SKU.
  • Filter products by attributes (thickness, colour, manufacturer — if such filters are defined for the type).

After applying the filter, pagination resets to the first page.

Important for the factory administrator

  • The section only makes sense in wholesaler mode — if the factory acts only as a partner of another factory, this page is not needed.
  • Before partners can see your products, you need to (a) confirm the partner's request in the "Companies" section, (b) add the item to sale in this section.
  • Stock figures do not decrease automatically when a supplier order is confirmed — this is reference data. Track real write-offs manually or agree the process with your partners.
  • The recommended retail price and individual prices affect what the partner sees in the catalogue, so update them whenever your price list changes.
