Registration in the newgo cabinet

To start placing orders in newgo, you need to register. Registration is always tied to a specific factory and happens on the factory's website: the sign-in page has a «Registration» link. No separate links or QR-codes are needed.

How to register — step by step

  1. Open the factory's website and click «Registration» on the sign-in page.
  2. Choose whichever is more convenient: by email or by phone.
  3. Enter your email (or phone) — the system will validate it and check whether an account with it already exists (if it does, you will be offered to sign in — no new account is needed).
  4. Click «Send». A one-time code will arrive: by email if you chose email, or to the chat-bot connected to your number (Telegram / Viber) if you chose phone.
  5. Enter the received code — it confirms the address and completes the registration.
  6. Done — the cabinet has been created and the factory is automatically connected. Your name and contacts can be filled in later in «Main information».

It is more convenient to sign in through a chat-bot

If you plan to work with the cabinet often, connect the chat-bot (Telegram or Viber). After that the one-time code will arrive in the messenger instantly — that is more convenient than waiting for an email. Detailed instructions are in the Registration and sign-in section.

I already have an account at another factory

Then no additional account is required. Open the new factory's website and sign in with the same email or phone. The new factory will be added to your list of factories; you can switch between them right inside the cabinet.

If something goes wrong

  • The code did not arrive by email — check the «Spam» folder and the address spelling (typos in the domain such as «.con» instead of «.com» are a common cause).
  • The code did not arrive in the messenger — make sure the chat-bot is connected and not blocked by you.
  • The system says that the email is already registered — sign in with it, no separate account is needed.
