The order blank is the main printed document of the order: what to produce, from what and with what processing. It is output in two variants — the full blank and the detailing only. The detailing does not print the price and total columns: it is a compact parts table grouped by material. Material and service tables appear in it only when the order has been calculated — and also without prices.
Header
At the top of the blank there are two QR codes (one leads to the production view of the order, the other to the order itself) and the order data:
- order number, name and code;
- status;
- acceptance date, print date, ready date;
- buyer and phone, e-mail, manager;
- the delivery block: production, delivery method and address, the shipment point and the sale point.
Materials, services, goods
Next come tables with the columns id · name · quantity · price · sum:
- materials — with a mark of the sale method (by m² or by sheets) and, if any, non-standard material settings;
- services and additional services (for the order and for parts);
- goods — with the unit of measure;
- free-form services and edge operations.
The number of sheets for material sold by whole sheets is calculated from the actual cutting maps. Usually these are whole sheets: every sheet sent to cutting is counted in full — even if the parts occupied only part of it (that is the whole point of selling «by sheets»). A fractional number of sheets (for example «2.36 sheets») can appear when offcuts or warehouse blanks are used in the layout: then all the material of that layout is counted by the actually used area, recalculated into sheets. A breakdown right in the material line — for example «(1458.6×1555.8 − 1, 2800×2070 − 1)» — shows which sheets and pieces it was made up of.
Offcuts and warehouse blanks used in the layout are included in the calculation: no extra whole sheet is bought for them. When they are present, all the material of the layout is counted by the actually used area recalculated into sheets, so the number of sheets can be fractional. The services (cutting, edge banding, etc.) do not depend on the source of the material either: a part taken from a leftover offcut or from a stock blank is priced exactly like a part from a new sheet. How much a service comes to depends on its unit of measure — it is shown in the main services table next to the quantity: for some it is running metres (edging), for others pieces (holes when drilling, individual operations), while cutting is counted the way the production has set it up — by the length of the cut, by sheets or by area; the total is quantity × price. For material sold «per m²», the cost is likewise calculated by the actually used area.
Prices and sums are shown only to an authorized user; a total is output for each table.
Parts
In the full blank, for each part (with processing) its interactive drawing is output — it is embedded right in the blank rather than printed as a static image — along with a detailed description: name, sizes, material, texture, quantity, edge processing (edge banding, bevels, chamfer, rounding, handle), stitching, surface processing and the CNC operations path. In addition, a compact table of parts by material is formed: the part number (a clickable link to its detailed description), sizes (overall / saw / after pre-jointing), quantity, edge by sides (l/r/b/t) and operation icons. A legend of abbreviations and a list of edges are attached to the table.
Footer
At the bottom there are lines for signatures («Order checked and issued», «Order received…»), the firm text (name, phone, site), warnings and legal information, and also QR codes for contact (Telegram, Viber).
Full blank and detailing
The blank can be output in full — with interactive drawings of the parts and prices — or in detailing mode. In detailing mode a compact table of parts is output, and for a calculated order also the materials and services blocks; all prices and totals are hidden in that case.

Number precision
- Material areas and service quantities are computed to three decimal places.
- Running metres of material, the number of sheets and goods quantities — to two.
- Prices and totals — to two.
This is about the precision of the calculation: trailing zeros are not padded onto the printout. A value of 12.300 prints as “12.3”, and 18 stays “18”.
Two tables work differently: in the per-material breakdown of services the quantity is rounded to one decimal, and in the edge-operations table it is printed without rounding.
The row total is taken from the full, unrounded quantity rather than from the printed one. So quantity × price worked out from the visible digits may differ from the row total by a cent. The exception is material sold by whole sheets: there the quantity is first converted into sheets and rounded to two decimals, and the total is computed from that.
