The cut-down report is a printed summary of the «cut to» operations: which parts and from which sides need to be cut down to the needed size. The report is generated in the browser and opened from the print menu in the cart. Only parts with a cut-down operation get into the report.
What is in a row
For each part with a cut-down the report shows:
- the part — number and name;
- the original size — length × width × thickness;
- the cut diagram — separately by length and by width, with the processed sides and the edge shown clearly; the part being cut off is highlighted (shaded);
- the size after the cut — what the part size will become (for example, 850×650);
- the final size by side — next to the direction arrow (→ by length, ↑ by width) the size that remains after the cut on that side is shown, not how much is cut off; how much is cut off is visible on the diagram as a shaded area.
The cut-down itself is set as a part operation. The list of all order documents for printing — in the article «Printing order documents».
