Manufacturing and labelling is the stage where the project becomes physical furniture. And so that your exact order is assembled from hundreds of parts, without mix-ups and losses, each part gets its own barcode label. Scan it — and you know precisely what the part is, which order it belongs to and what to do with it.
Every part — with a label and a barcode
A part comes off the machine already labelled: the label carries a barcode and full information — dimensions, material, edging, operations and the order number. The label layout is configured for your company and printed right in the shop. See “Production part label”, “Part label” and “Part labels”.
Marking operations and readiness
At each workstation the part is scanned: the system marks the completed operation and records readiness — you can see what is done and what is in progress. Less manual record-keeping, no “ghost parts”. See “Part services: marking completed operations”, “Readiness marking: manual and via the QR scanner”, “Readiness report” and “How to use the QR scanner”. The whole section is “QR scanner”.
Pallets and packaging with tags
Finished parts are laid out on pallets with tags, and packing lists are printed for the boxes — the order is assembled complete and is easy to find. See “Pallet tags”, “Printing packing lists” and the section “Orders and pallets”.
The bottom line: every part is under a barcode — nothing is lost or mixed up, the order is assembled without re-sorting, and the customer receives their furniture labelled and in full.
