The utility automatically fetches ready CNC programs from the server and distributes them to your machine computers — an alternative to «brought it on a USB drive». You can download it directly from your admin panel: the archive is already preconfigured for your firm, no manual edits required.

What this utility can do and how to set it up after unpacking — see the dedicated article CNC file download program for machines.

Who can download

Download is available only under a firm-admin account — the one you use to sign in to the admin panel with e-mail and password. A shop-floor worker account (QR card login) and a client-customer account will not work: they don't have the matching section in the interface.

Before downloading, make sure your firm has an access key configured. If the download button reports that the firm has no key set — contact iFurn.pro support: the key is issued by the maintenance service.

How to download

  1. Sign in to your firm's admin panel (e-mail + password).
  2. Open the Program generation section.
  3. On the right side of the section header, click «Download the CNC download program».
  4. Save the file — it is a ZIP archive with the utility.

What's inside the archive

Inside — a Windows program and a settings file in which the server has already filled in the address and access key for your firm specifically. Run the utility and finish the setup per the instructions in the main article.

The archive is bound to your firm: using it on someone else's computers or passing it outside makes no sense — without your credentials it will not connect to the service.

If the download fails

  • The button says «no access» or «not authorized» — sign in to the admin panel again and retry.
  • The button reports that the firm has no key set — contact iFurn.pro support.
  • The archive doesn't download, the page shows an error — report it to support. Most likely the current build of the utility is temporarily missing on the server.

Once the archive has downloaded and been unpacked, proceed to the full guide to configuring the CNC loader.
