If you don't produce furniture yourself but order cutting, edge banding and CNC from a factory — the whole process runs online, in your account, with no trips or calls to a manager.
1. Prepare your project
Draw your furniture in the editor right in your account or import a ready project from your software. The system counts the parts, works out the cutting and edging on its own. Learn more — Importing projects from CAD and Creating an order.
2. Choose who does the work
You choose the factory to order from yourself, and you can work with several at once — all in one account. See Switching firms and sales points.
3. Place the order — price and lead time shown right away
Before you place the order you can see the cost and the estimated lead time. The project passes an automatic check, so it reaches the machine without a separate technologist on your side. Then — Order confirmation.
4. Track your order
Statuses and notifications come to your account and to the chat bot — no need to call and ask “so what's happening with my order?”. See My orders and Notifications.
How much it costs you
Using the platform is free for the customer — you only pay the factory for the service. Learn more — How much it costs the customer.
