The «Salary» module in iFurn.pro automatically calculates production payouts based on completed operations. The principle: the firm sets a rate for each service, a worker or brigade marks parts as done, the system calculates the amounts and produces a payroll sheet per shift.
Who it fits
The module targets production firms with their own crew: CNC operators, edge-banders, packers. When the work is piece-rate and pay depends on volume, the module automates accounting, removes manual-count errors and gives every worker full transparency.
How it is configured
- Service rates. In the admin panel a rate is set per service: per part, per linear metre, per unit. The rate may depend on material, thickness and operation type.
- Brigades. Workers are grouped into brigades by job (cutting, edge-banding, CNC). Inside a brigade, shares are set — who gets what percentage of the total operation amount.
- Shifts. Shifts are created automatically or manually. Date, brigade, person in charge.
How accruals work
Each operation on the floor is tied to a worker or brigade. As it gets done:
- The worker marks a part as ready (via a barcode scanner or by hand in the cabinet).
- The system records the time, the operation and the executor.
- The rate amount lands in the worker's or brigade's current shift.
- At the end of the shift / week / month, a payroll sheet with per-operation breakdown and a total is produced.
What the module tracks
- Part readiness — which part was processed with which operation, by whom and when.
- Packaging — a part is packed into a box with a marker; the packer is paid per packed item.
- Brigade split — the total is divided by the pre-set shares.
- Bonuses and penalties — the administrator can add extra accruals or deductions.
Reports and payouts
The admin panel has reports per worker, brigade, operation. Payroll sheets can be exported to PDF/Excel for accounting. Each worker sees their own accruals in their personal cabinet in real time — which removes most questions about pay calculation.
