The CRM order archive holds the full history — from the earliest drafts to the latest cancellations. When you need to retrieve an old order, reconcile documents or recover a project, the search takes less than a minute.

How to open the archive

  1. In the top CRM menu, click "Orders" and at the very bottom of the dropdown choose "Order archive".
  2. CRM will load the first page of the list — orders are sorted by archive creation date.
  3. The filter block appears on top — it applies automatically when a value changes.

Which filters are available

  • Order ID — internal number. Enter the number and the list narrows to a single order.
  • Order name — what the customer or manager wrote into the project. Partial-match search.
  • Code — short order code (the customer sees it in e-mails and invoices).
  • External code — number from the accounting system. With an accounting system integration, this is the fastest way to match an order against paper documents.
  • Status — "All", "In editing" or "Cancelled".
  • Manager — who handled the order.
  • Customer — picked from a list with name or phone search.

Filters combine: for example, "Customer = Ivan Petrov + Status = Cancelled" shows all of his cancellations.

What the expanded row shows

Click the arrow on the right — the row expands and displays extra data:

  • Code and External code — to reconcile with external documents.
  • Order creation date — when the customer or manager placed the order.
  • Archive creation date — when the order moved to the archive (abandoned draft or cancellation).
  • Cancellation date — populated for cancelled orders only.
  • Download project — a down-arrow icon.

Download the project archive

  1. Expand the order row.
  2. Click the "Download project" icon in the "Download project" column.
  3. The browser saves a ZIP file named after the order code.

The archive contains the original project file — you can open it for reuse or pass it to the customer.

If the order cannot be found

  • Check that the order was actually closed or cancelled. Active and problem orders do not go into the archive — look for them in "Active orders", "Shipped" or "Problem orders".
  • If you entered an ID, make sure it is the internal CRM number, not the code or the external code.
  • Clear all filters and try to find by a single parameter.
  • The order may have been created under another manager — remove the "Manager" filter.

What the factory admin should know

  • The project file inside the ZIP is the full source: you can open it in the configurator and use it as a template.
  • Download goes through the direct link /archiveproject/download/{code} — a 404 means the file has been removed from storage.
  • Archive access is controlled by roles: usually the archive is visible to managers and supervisors, not to all staff.
