The cutting map is a printed document with the diagrams of how the parts are laid out across the material sheets. It is generated in the browser and opens in a separate tab, from where it is printed or saved as PDF.

Where it is printed from

  • from the cart — the «Cutting cards» item in the print menu. The item appears only after the cutting has been calculated: while there is no cutting, the item is simply not in the menu;
  • from the cutting map — the print button on the panel below the map;
  • from your personal area — the card printing button in the order card.

Printing from the cart

From the cart the document is printed straight away, without any questions, and always in the short form:

  • order header — the order data;
  • material sheets with the laid-out parts (cutting diagrams);
  • part breakdown for every map — number, dimensions, quantity and a short legend of the edging and milling marks.

There is no edge summary and no CNC operations statistics in this variant.

Printing from the cutting map and from your personal area

Here a window with options opens before printing:

  • «Only cut cards» — printing just the sheet diagrams; the part breakdown can be added as well;
  • full print — with the edge information and the summary of the cutting cards, CNC operations statistics, a choice of specific cards and the part breakdown.

In the personal area the print button is there for any order, but the window opens only when the cutting has been saved: if there is none, the message «Cut card missing» appears instead of the window.
