«Corner processing» is a template-tree category for processing the corners of a part. It applies both to ordinary parts and to glass.
Templates in the category
- Corner rounding — rounding one corner by radius;
- Corner cut — a straight cut (chamfer) of the corner;
- Corner notch — a notch of the corner;
- Rounding of several corners — rounding several corners of the part at once.
Choosing the corner
In the template form you choose which corner to apply the processing to — by pictures of the part's four corners: bottom-left, top-left, top-right, bottom-right. Rounding, cut and notch each have their own selection pictures so the result is visible. The processing size (radius or cut value) is set by a number field.
How to apply
Open the templates window, choose «Corner processing» on the left, then the needed template — fill the fields and press «Add». More about the form — in the article «Template form: how to fill it in». General about templates — in the article «CNC operation templates».
