In admin: Message test — a separate top-level menu item.

Why

A sandbox for verifying notifications before they go out to real clients. Useful after: switching SMS providers, editing email templates, tuning SMTP, plugging in a new Telegram/Viber bot. Send yourself any message and instantly see whether it arrived, what the provider error was, and which channels are actually wired up.

Three channels in one click

Left panel: phone number + message text. Hit «Send test» — the system tries to deliver via three channels at once and shows the result of each separately:

  • Telegram — through shared bots. Works whenever the recipient has Telegram for this number.
  • Viber — if enabled in firm settings. Sends with sender caption, image and TTL.
  • SMS — via the SMS provider (TurboSMS); needs an API key configured. Without a key the channel is marked «not configured».

Before sending, the system also checks whether Telegram/Viber bots are reachable for the given number and reports it in the results.

Detailed SMS debug

  • Provider API URL + key length (the key itself is not shown).
  • Server time and scheduled-send time (for delayed SMS).
  • Ready-to-paste curl command — copy and replay in Postman or terminal for deeper investigation.
  • Raw provider response: response code (TurboSMS returns 800 on success), message_id, per-recipient status.

Email test

A separate block below the SMS form: recipient + subject + body. Sent via your firm's SMTP («Firm settings → Firm parameters»). The page shows the full SMTP log: connection, authentication, success/error. Handy when «emails don't arrive» and you need to find where the chain breaks.

«Firm settings» sidebar

Right of the form — a summary card: SMS sender name, presence of SMS API key, Telegram bot status. One glance tells you which channels can actually work.

Things to know

  • The page does real sending — SMS costs real money at the provider; Telegram/Viber are free when bots reach the recipient.
  • A test message is not linked to any order and does not create events in the system.
  • Access: managers and admins of the firm.
  • If SMS succeeds here but real clients don't receive them — the issue is usually the template (broken variables) or the recipient number (blocked by operator / blacklisted).
