Access
Only users with the enabled flag "access to the payroll module" in the user card.
What this is
Salary calculation for workshop employees for a period. Collects data on completed operations, applies the rates and builds the payroll sheet.
What is inside
- Summary sheet — for each worker for the selected period: how much they have worked and how much has been accrued.
- Detailed breakdown — which orders / operations are included in the salary.
- xls import/export — export for accounting.
- Print the payroll sheet — for signing.
What matters
- Only your own firm.
- The accuracy of the calculation depends on the accuracy of operation accounting (who did what).
- Before closing the period — reconcile against the actual-hours timesheet.
