#13 Customer interface settings when creating a new order 04.04.2024

The Partner Company can now customize the user interface settings when creating a new order in the admin panel independently. In the process of work the Customer can reconfigure the interface for himself. But each new order will be created according to the parameters set in the admin panel.

Short format for entering details by default (production.is_light_details_default)
Display grouping by material (production.paramtres_interface_group_by_material)
Display edging (production.paramtres_interface_edge_is_needed)
Display material and group membership (production.paramtres_interface_material_and_product_in_detail)
Display part name (production.paramtres_interface_name_detail)
Display CNC operations (production.paramtres_xnc_is_needed)
Display drawing (production.paramtres_interface_draw).

#12 New interface features 04.04.2024

The parameter:

•    Enter a warning text before the calculation confirmation (production.text_before_confirm_in_calc_interface) appeared in the admin panel. Enter the text of the message near the confirmation button if you need, for example, to warn that the cost is not final.

In the admin panel there is a parameter:

•    Limit one phone number when confirming an order (probuction.calc_confirm_only_one_phone_is_needed). If it is enough for the user to specify only the main number, without the number for SMS or delivery, set this parameter.

In the admin panel there is a parameter:

•    Hide the choice of sales point (production.hide_points_of_sales_in_confirmation). If you have one sales point, you can hide the selection when confirming the order.

#11 Quick stitching 04.04.2024

There is a new parameter in the admin panel:

Display stitching in the brief edging interface (production.add_to_brief_interface_edging_hem_type_1_like_checkbox). If you want to output a checkbox for stitching in the brief edging interface, set this parameter. If it is set, when the user checks this checkbox, the system will add stitching to the part made of the same material. Using this option reduces the time for checkout if the customer only uses simple same stitching.

#10 Additional services to an order or part 04.04.2024

Additional services of the Company to the order or to the part. In the admin panel (service menu) there are corresponding pages for entering information. The partner company can now create its own services, set the binding of the service to volume, quantity, area, perimeter. A service can be entered without binding to anything. During the checkout process the customer can add the required additional services to the part. In the shopping cart there is an opportunity to add additional services to the order.

#9 VAT 04.04.2024

In the admin panel there are 2 parameters:

Display VAT amount (production.vat_added_tax_show_needed). If you want to output the amount without VAT, VAT and full amount, set this parameter. If not, the amount without VAT will be output large and the amount with VAT shallower next to it.

VAT to price (production.VAT_add_price_if_more_than_0). If you need to add VAT to the cart and order forms, specify a number in % VAT greater than 0.

If VAT to price is greater than 0, the system will automatically add VAT to the cart and forms. The sum output parameter changes the style of information output.

#6 Material selection - new format 04.04.2024

Material selection now works like a multi-stage filter. Position selection is faster. You select a material thickness of 0.45 mm. After clicking «filter» you will only see the possible filter values within this selection. With the following filtering you are guaranteed to find the desired position. As before you can search simply by text search. The search looks at the product name in the current language, code, id, company name if available.

#3 A new order form printing form has been added. 12.03.2024

The order printing form «Specification» is abbreviated without nesting data and full with nesting data. The form is available in the mode of working with the order and in CRM.

#2 Ability to edit pictures 11.03.2024

Companies are now able to add product images. Images must be 1000*1000 without logos. Access for submission is provided by address. Write to the administrators if you want to participate.

Registration of new users is simplified.

The possibility of authorization by a short password via messenger or mail has been introduced. Previous passwords are also relevant, you can use them in the "master-password" field.
