Orders from iMOS and HOMAG are now loaded directly into the platform — from dedicated buttons on the order creation screen. iMOS gives you DXF files, HOMAG gives you MPR. You can select several files at once — the platform reads out the parts and materials by itself.
Where to click
- In the customer cabinet: "Create an order" → the import methods block → the dedicated iMOS/DXF and HOMAG/MPR buttons.
- In the CRM: the same buttons in "Add an order" — next to Basis and Astra.
What happens after the upload
- Parts, dimensions and materials are read out of the files automatically.
- The firm of the project is detected from the content and set on the order — so that orders from different customers do not get mixed up.
- After the upload the order opens in the editor; you can check everything that came in and, if needed, edit it by hand.
If the project is not picked up
Make sure you clicked the right button: DXF — only through iMOS/DXF, MPR — only through HOMAG/MPR. If the format is right and the import still complains, send the file to support — we will check it fast on that file.
