"Astra Furniture Designer" projects (.add) now open in the platform directly: parts, edging, hardware and dimensions are pulled in in seconds. You work in Astra, you bring the project in as is, with no reassembly in other programs.
Where to click
- In the customer cabinet: "Create an order" → the import methods block → the "ASTRA" button.
- In the CRM: the same "ASTRA" button in "Add an order" — next to Basis, iMOS and HOMAG.
What the import understands
- Materials and hardware catalog version 330.
- Position and dimensions of the panels — as in the source project.
- Edging and hardware — with automatic mapping from the platform reference.
If the project is not picked up
Check that the catalog version is 330. If the format is right and the import still does not work, send the .add file to support — we will check it fast on that file.
