What's new in the system — updates and improvements.

#139 The new 3D viewer on the import pages 05.09.2026

The new 3D viewer is built into the Basis and DXF import: it opens right after the Convert button, and the previous scene can be brought back with a toggle.

  • Edits are made directly in 3D and go into the import data: rename a part, rename, merge or delete a product.
  • The camera position is saved into the order as its zero position.
  • For Basis there is now a choice of how the model is split into products — by model nodes, by name, spatially, or everything as a single product.
  • Fronts and trim are detected automatically; doubtful ones are marked with a question mark and moved by hand.
#138 Pockets: the approach and the direction of travel adapt to the tool and the board thickness 04.09.2026

Pocket geometry is built for the cutter that is actually selected.

  • Tool selection reports whether the cutter is left- or right-hand, and the contour is mirrored through the entry axis, so the direction of travel and the compensation side match the tool on the machine.
  • The entry point is chosen from the geometry of the pocket, and the exit overshoots along the same straight line.
  • The tangential approach to the path is preserved.
  • On a 12 mm board a shallow straight ramp of about 1:5 is built instead of an arc; if it does not fit, the arc remains.
#137 A new dashboard and updated reports 04.09.2026

The dashboard has been rebuilt: the figures are calculated by light queries and open fast, without recalculating every order.

  • Clicking a metric card opens the list with exactly the orders counted on that card.
  • Updated reports: sales, summary, CNC statistics by operations and by materials.
  • A managers and customers report has been added.
  • The default manager is the current user.
  • The restriction that a manager sees only their own orders is respected both in the reports and in the order list.
#128 Worktops: thin formats, recessed handles and wall panels 03.09.2026

We have extended the way the worktop group of materials is handled — each kind now follows its own rules.

  • Thin worktops of 16, 18 and 20 mm are supported, with trimming, edging and services just like the thick formats.
  • Recessed handles and wall panels are cut by worktop rules but without postforming.
  • Sheet plastics follow their own processing and rotation rules for nesting.
  • Sawing and edging services are charged unambiguously, with no overlap between material groups.
#135 G-code reaches the machine with cutting modes 02.09.2026

Tool parameters now reach the control program.

  • The program contains spindle speed, feed rates and tool length compensation.
  • The program header is applied by the machine.
  • Export of the sawing size has been added.
#134 Sixteen edging and drilling services added to the calculation 02.09.2026

Services that were previously missing from the charging list are now calculated in the order.

  • Curved edging: of glued joints with EVA, PUR and laser; with laser edging up to 1 mm, over 1 mm, 25–50 mm and for worktops; of acrylic panels with EVA and PUR; of customer-supplied material with PUR and laser; PVC EVA 25–50 mm with edging over 1 mm.
  • Straight edging: PUR for boards of 8–15 mm, laser for worktops and for acrylic panels.
  • Drilling: a hole over 60 mm.

Boards of exactly 8 and exactly 15 mm now fall into the 8–15 mm service.

#126 Order filters: tabs, hints and saved sets 02.09.2026

Order filtering is no longer a wall of fields.

  • Fields are grouped into tabs, and the tab header shows how many conditions are set.
  • Lists of statuses, managers, customers, materials and services come with autocomplete and the order count.
  • Filters are interdependent: only the values that will actually return something remain.
  • Active conditions are listed below and any of them is removed with one click.
  • Filter sets are saved under your own name, and the starting set is applied as soon as the page opens.
#125 New order list that works at any volume 02.09.2026

The order list has been rewritten from scratch: the Current, Search, Cancelled, Shipped, Goods sales and Problem tabs now live on a single page.

  • Real pages of 30, 50 or 100 orders.
  • The total order counter tells the truth.
  • Search and filters work at any database size.
  • Sorting by columns: number, name, status, amount, dates.
  • Bulk actions on selected orders and export of the page to Excel.
  • Auto refresh, and the tab you stopped on is remembered.
#133 Basis plugin: your own export folder and part name format 31.08.2026

Exporting from Basis has become more flexible.

  • The export dialogue now has a folder selector — the file no longer has to sit next to the model.
  • The import page offers a part naming format with six options.
  • You can see which size was taken: «outline 597 / contour 600 → used 600», with a choice of the correct size and a re-conversion button.
#124 The CNC preview shows the machine’s own view 31.08.2026

The CNC program preview answers one question: what will actually reach the machine. The part is shown the way the operator sees it at the machine — from the side and in the orientation in which the program will work on it.

  • The header shows the origin corner and the rotation of the program.
  • Edges and bevels are mapped onto the program sides by the very rule that sends the program to the machine, so the preview and the postprocessor never disagree.
  • Select an operation in the list and it lights up in 3D, and the other way round.
