#44 Context help right on the work screens 11.05.2026

Admin panel sections now have a “?” help button — clicking it opens a knowledge base article without leaving the work screen.

How it works

  • Many sections (product catalogs, warehouses, machines, orders, formats, statuses and others) have a “?” button in the corner.
  • Clicking it opens a window with a knowledge base article: with text, images and, when available, video.
  • If several topics are linked to a section, a “Choose a topic” menu is shown first, followed by the article you need. There is a button to return to the topic list.
  • The help opens in the interface language and is always up to date, because it is pulled from a single knowledge base.

What it gives you

  • The instructions are at hand right while you work — no need to look for them in a separate section.
  • A single source: if an article is updated, the fresh version is immediately available in all the hints.
#43 Name and code validation on import 03.05.2026

A common problem when uploading a price list from Excel is "junk" characters and Latin letters in place of Cyrillic ones. The system now catches such errors and shows exactly where and what to fix.

How it works

During import, the text fields are checked — decor code, decor name, structure, additional name:

  • Invalid characters. If a field contains service or "junk" characters (quotation marks, brackets, special characters, etc.), the system shows an error with a list of the characters found.
  • Mixed alphabets. A decor name must not mix Cyrillic and Latin letters. This protects against the classic mistake where, for example, a Latin C stands in for a Cyrillic С — visually identical, but for the system these are different products.
  • Smart hint. If a "foreign" character sneaks into a name, the message points out its position, shows the character code and suggests the correct "twin" to replace it with.

What it gives you

  • The price list is validated before it ever reaches the catalog — no broken names or invisible errors.
  • No need to contact support to figure out why a product "cannot be found": the system itself shows the problematic character and how to fix it.
  • The catalog stays clean and consistent.
#42 Protection of product properties on re-import 24.04.2026

Re-uploading a price list no longer overwrites manually verified product properties — an update happens only when you explicitly allow it.

How it works

  • During import, the properties of already existing products (decor code, name, structure, rounding parameters) are updated only when the "update data" checkbox is enabled.
  • If the checkbox is not set, the system leaves the properties as they are and simply records that the update was skipped.

What it gives you

  • You can safely re-upload a supplier's price list (for example, for new items) without fear of ruining previously edited product cards.
  • Updating properties is a deliberate action, not an accidental side effect of the import.
#41 Sale unit: m² or sheet 21.04.2026

You can now specify the sale unit of a material in your price list in whatever form is convenient for you — the system will understand whether the material is sold by area or as whole sheets.

How it works

The “Sale unit” field accepts several notation formats:

  • By area (m²): м2, m2 or the corresponding numeric code — the material is calculated and sold by square metres.
  • By sheets: sheet or the corresponding numeric code — the material is sold as whole sheets.

Case and the exact spelling do not matter — all the listed variants are recognised. In the product editing form, the unit can also be selected from a drop-down list: “m² (by area)” or “sheets (board)”.

What it gives you

  • The price list can be uploaded “as is” — there is no need to convert sale units to one rigid format.
  • Fewer errors in cost calculation: the system correctly determines how each material is sold.
#40 Moisture resistance of materials on import 18.04.2026

You can now add a moisture-resistance flag to your price list — and the system will correctly separate moisture-resistant materials from their regular counterparts.

How it works

  • The import file now has an optional “Moisture resistance” field. Allowed value — empty or 1.
  • If 1 is specified, the label “Moisture-resistant” is automatically added to the product name — in all supported catalogue languages.
  • When matching existing products, a moisture-resistant material and a regular one are treated as different items. A regular counterpart will not be substituted for a moisture-resistant one, and vice versa.
  • The system can recognise the moisture-resistance column in the file by keywords (moisture resistance, moisture, waterproof and the like).

What it gives you

  • Moisture-resistant materials are not confused with regular ones when the price list is uploaded.
  • The property is visible right in the name — convenient for both the manager and the customer.
  • Accurate matching: the system will not “merge” a moisture-resistant item with a regular one.
#39 Product aliases during the import process 15.04.2026

Now, when uploading a price list, the product's internal alias is shown next to the product — this makes it easier to recognize the needed item of your own nomenclature.

How it works

  • If a product has aliases (your firm's internal designations), they are shown right in the import process: at the matching step, when editing a row, and in the final results.
  • Aliases are displayed only for your firm — other companies' designations are not mixed in.

What it gives you

  • It is easier to match the supplier's price list with your own nomenclature: you see the name familiar to you, not just the decor code.
  • Fewer mistakes when confirming the import.
#38 Smart worktop detection 12.04.2026

The requirement to specify the rounding type and radius is now enabled only for real worktops — other sheet materials are no longer bothered by it.

How it works

  • A material is treated as a worktop (and therefore requires rounding parameters) based on a combination of attributes, including the typical worktop thickness.
  • Wall panels are no longer treated as worktops: although they are supplied in sheet format, they have no roundings — and the system does not require specifying them.

What it gives you

  • Import no longer produces unnecessary “specify the rounding type/radius” errors for materials that are not worktops.
  • Validation is more precise: rounding parameters are requested only where they are really needed.
#37 Automatic worktop name 09.04.2026

The worktop name is generated automatically and consistently — taking into account the code, structure, rounding type and radius.

How it works

  • During import, the system builds the product name in a fixed order: decor code → structure → rounding type → radius → decor name.
  • The rounding type and radius are automatically extracted from the decor code and name to avoid duplication and are normalized to a uniform format.
  • The name is generated in all catalog languages.

Example of a resulting name: S148 1U R3 [decor name] [manufacturer] [dimensions].

What it gives you

  • All worktops follow a single naming template — the catalog looks neat.
  • No need to manually add the edge profile and radius to the name — the system does it for you, without errors.
#36 Sale points for clients 06.04.2026

Each client can be assigned a preferred sale point — manually or via integration.

How it works

  • The “Clients’ sale points” section contains a table of clients with search by name, phone, e-mail or code.
  • A client is assigned a preferred sale point from your firm’s addresses; the assignment can be changed or removed.
  • The same operations are available via the API — convenient for automatic assignment from external systems.

What it gives you

  • Clients are automatically attached to “their” store or pickup point — simpler logistics and service.
  • The assignment can be managed both manually and programmatically via integration.
#35 External API documentation right in the admin panel 03.04.2026

The admin panel now includes a self-documented catalog of external API methods — a firm can integrate its own systems with the platform without asking support for help.

How it works

  • The API documentation section is organized as a handy reference: methods are grouped by topic (products, orders, clients, currencies, edge banding, plans, sale points and others).
  • A two-level tree of groups with method counters and live search help you quickly find the method you need.
  • For each method, the parameters, response fields, call rate limits and ready-made request examples are described.
  • The rules for step-by-step order status changes and the behavior of methods on errors are described separately.

What it gives you

  • The firm connects its own systems (website, accounting system, 1C) to the platform on its own.
  • Everything you need — parameters, examples, limits — in one place and always at hand.
  • Less dependence on support during integration.

In the request examples, the API host address is the one shown in your admin panel. Substitute it for the placeholder from the examples.
