#64 Accurate prices in the order form 09.07.2026

Three fixes that eliminated discrepancies between the calculation and the printed order form.

What changed

  • The right price line. If the same item is sold at different prices in different variants (for example, edge banding versus direct sale by the meter), the order form takes the price matching the actually performed operation — the calculation and the form match.
  • Up-to-date exchange rate. The company's currency rate is chosen deterministically — the most recent one; an outdated manual rate no longer overrides the fresh one.
  • Offcuts are not counted as sheets. Cutting on leftover offcuts is no longer billed as whole sheets.

Result

The amount on the form matches the confirmed calculation to the cent — the customer's and the manufacturer's accounting see the same figure.

#63 Order history: a reason for every status change 08.07.2026

The order status no longer changes silently.

What is recorded

Every entry in the order history now includes:

  • a clear reason for the change;
  • the source: an employee's action in the interface, an external integration (CRM/1C), scheduled maintenance or an automatic correction;
  • the “from status to status” transition.

The reason wordings are collected in a single reference list and translated into the interface languages.

The “Problem” status works correctly

At the same time, moving an order to the “problem” status has been fixed: previously the notification was sent, but the order did not end up in the “Problem” folder. Now problem orders are visible as a separate list.

Result

The customer and the manager can always explain why the order is in its current state — the history is complete, translated and without gaps.

#62 A fair minimum order for materials sold by the square metre 07.07.2026

For materials sold only by the square metre, the minimum order is now 1 m² instead of the area of a whole sheet.

Previously, a customer who needed a small amount of such material effectively paid for an imposed whole sheet. Now you pay for exactly what you order — starting from one square metre.

#61 Part editor and drawing: more precise, clearer, faster 06.07.2026

A package of improvements to the part editor and drawings.

Managing operations

  • Every operation in the history now has an “eye” icon — an operation can be temporarily hidden from the drawing; there is a group toggle for a whole group of operations.
  • Next to a cutout its calculated area in m² is shown, and next to milling — the milling cut length in metres: you can see what the machining is charged for.
  • A worktop connector (worktop lock) can be edited right from the operation history — the form opens with pre-filled parameters and the template number label.

Drawing

  • All numbers on drawings are rounded to 0.1 mm — the long decimal “tails” are gone.
  • Edge banding without its own letter designation gets a letter in alphabetical order (A, B, C…).
  • On cutting maps, worktop edge letters are mirrored consistently with the flipping of the part itself, and parts with texture get a grain-direction arrow in the corner.

Working with parts and groups

  • A “Position” field has been added to the part editor — continuous numbering from the project.
  • The material settings now include a “Delete all parts except selected” command.
  • The “Groups” tab offers merging of selected groups and deletion with a mode choice: delete the parts or only unlink them.
  • New contextual hints have been added for managing materials and edge banding in a project.

Result

The drawing reads unambiguously and matches production, and bulk operations on parts and groups take a couple of clicks.

#60 Milling cutter tool number: number only 06.07.2026

The tool number for the milling cutter is now set as a whole number, and the form includes a clear hint on how to fill it in.

How it works

  • The “Tool number” field accepts only a whole number — this is the tool number in the machine’s tool magazine.
  • When the NC program is exported, the prefix T is added to the number automatically: 1 becomes T1, 8 — T8. You do not need to type the letter T.
  • If the number is not set, the field stays empty — with no errors.

What it gives you

  • NC program generation no longer fails because of letter-based or invalid tool designations.
  • It is clear what to enter and how — right in the field’s hint.
#59 “Hide milling cutter diameter selection” setting 05.07.2026

CNC templates now let you remove the milling cutter diameter selection from the client where it is not needed.

How it works

  • A “Hide milling cutter diameter selection” toggle has been added to the CNC template settings.
  • It is available for templates where the form provides diameter selection. For other templates it is marked as not applicable.
  • When the toggle is on, the milling cutter diameter field is not shown in the order form.

What it gives you

  • Fewer unnecessary fields in the form — the client is not confused where diameter selection is not required.
  • Lower risk of operator errors when placing an order.
#58 “Cutter overrun beyond the part” parameter for through milling 04.07.2026

The machine settings now include a parameter that defines how far the cutter travels beyond the part during through milling.

How it works

  • A numeric field “Overrun beyond the part for through milling, mm” has been added to the machine card.
  • The value is taken into account when generating CNC programs for through operations.

What it gives you

  • Precise tuning of through milling for a specific machine and tool.
  • A clean and predictable machining result where the cutter exits beyond the part.
#57 Automatic detection of edge banding and boards 03.07.2026

The system now reliably distinguishes edge banding from board material — regardless of how the product is named in the price list and in which language.

How it works

  • The product kind (edge banding or board) is determined by the material type in the reference catalog, not by the name text. Previously, the words meaning “edge banding” in different languages could send an edge band into boards — this no longer happens.
  • If the type is marked as board material but the dimensions are clearly those of edge banding (small width and thickness), the item is automatically reclassified as edge banding.
  • If the type is not found in the reference catalog, a fallback detection by name and dimensions kicks in.

Additionally: for edge bands, the letter suffix of the decor code (for example, an ending like -SU) is carefully transferred to the “Structure” field — but only if the structure is not filled in yet, so as not to overwrite what was set manually.

What it gives you

  • Edge bands are always recognized as edge bands, and boards as boards, whatever the language of the name.
  • Fewer manual corrections after import.
  • The edge band structure is filled in automatically and does not overwrite what you have already specified.
#56 Precise product search by material code 03.07.2026

Searching by material code is now precise: the code returns exactly the product you need, not dozens of similar items.

How it works

  • Previously, searching by material code also looked for matches in decor codes. Because of this, a short code (for example, 111) found every decor containing those digits — and the results sprawled across several pages.
  • Now the material code search looks strictly at the firm's material code. Extraneous matches by decor code have been removed.

What it gives you

  • The code finds exactly the product you need.
  • Less time scrolling through results — the result is precise right away.
#55 “Report a problem” button right in the project converters 24.06.2026

A floating "Report a problem" button has appeared in the project converters — the 3D constructor, Basis and DXF import.

How it works

  • The client describes the problem in a rich-text editor.
  • Attaching the project file is mandatory (up to 10 MB), and it is automatically archived before sending — support always receives material to reproduce the issue.
  • Screenshots are pasted directly from the clipboard (Ctrl+V).
  • Optionally, the request is linked to a specific order and even specific order parts — with hints while typing.

The request is created in the shared support system on behalf of the client and their firm, with an "Open my tickets" link.

Result

Support immediately receives the project, screenshots and context — without the "send the file" and "what is your order" back-and-forth. Problems are solved in a single request.
