The salary module is the calculation of pay for workshop workers by completed operations: shifts, teams, a plan per shift, service rates, readiness marks and the salary report. The module is paid and is enabled for a factory separately; until it is enabled, its sections are not visible.
Where it is
- In the CRM — the “Salary” menu group. This is the main working interface: here shifts are kept, readiness marks are set and the report is viewed.
- In the admin panel — the “Payroll module” menu item (address /admin/salary.php). This is the old interface with the same directories (shifts, teams, plans, rates, bonuses and penalties); it stays for compatibility, new functions appear in the CRM.
Access
The sections are seen only by the firm's head and the production manager, and only if the salary module is enabled for the factory. A workshop worker signs in to the CRM with their worker login and sees the same items, but without the management functions (they do not create plans and rates).
Items of the “Salary” menu in the CRM
- “Default plan” — a card for each service type: how many operations per shift count as the plan not met, the norm and the plan exceeded. The “Create/Update” button sets the plan, and it is inserted into every new shift.
- “Service payment rates” — the price per unit of service for the three plan levels (not met, norm, exceeded), the currency and the date. Search by service name or number.
- “Shifts” — the list of open and closed shifts: start and end dates, the shift calculation coefficient. Inside a shift — its plan, teams with workers, bonus and penalty documents and the list of completed services; the “Close shift” button fixes the period.
- “Readiness mark” — you choose a shift and a team, find an order or a production task and mark the completed services: by parts, packing, or as a group for several orders at once.
- “Scanning” — the same readiness mark, but via a barcode scanner or a camera: you scan the QR from a part label or a form, and the program sets or removes the mark (by order or by part, packing or services).
- “Readiness report” — overdue orders and orders in work by the selected service type: how many parts and services are left to do.
- “Salary report” — per worker for a month in the selected currency: the work done by orders, by services or by shifts, penalties and bonuses separately, the total amount.
- “Orders” — search for orders and production tasks with materials and services; from here the order “Specification” and the list of unpacked parts are printed.
What matters
- There is no Excel export or printed payroll sheet in the module: the totals are viewed in the “Salary report”, and only the order “Specification” goes to print.
- The accuracy of the calculation depends on the readiness marks: who did what and in which shift.
- Close the shift after all marks for the period have been set — a closed shift fixes the accruals.
